I recently discovered Manga Loader script by Greasyfork which runs with Tampermonkey add-on. It's available on both Chrome and Firefox and totally free to use. It supports around 70 manga sites (including *********, ***********, **********, *********, Batoto etc) and Comics sites like ***************, Viewcomic etc
