Botamo vs Cell

My next matchup took a while, but now I have decided to have two foes from the same series fight. These two fighters, Botamo from Universe 6, and Cell from Universe 7 (well, the Future Timeline of Universe 7, but still), are the foes who have been chosen to fight. Each Fighter will have 1 day prep time, and their speeds will be equalized. Also, for the sake of balance in this fight, Cell will start in his Perfect Form, and will have access to his Super Perfect Form.

Cell wins in my opinion

For one Botamo barly fought Goku all he did was try to blast Goku and missed evey shot and Goku even noticed Botamo slacked on his training because he had that ability.

With speed equalized and better fighting skill Botamo won't even beat Cell at hand to hand combat and even if he managed to land a blow on him it wouldn't kill Cell and he will regenerate then turn SP Cell. Now Cell may not be able to harm Botamo but he can and will absorb him when he realizes he can't damage him. With one day of prep time Cell will ether train or make several Cell juniors to help him overwelm Botamo. Even if Botamo is at a higher level of the Solar System tier and has enough blast power to one shot Cell he would never hit him since SP Cell has Instant Transmission. The only way for Botamo to win is if he gets of one blast wide enough to completely destroy Cells body otherwise he will regenerate and become stronger. Cell can also make other clones of himself to give him a better advantage. Botamo may have better strength and can't be damaged but Cell has the versatility.

Question: What would Botamo do with prep time anyway
