Isn't Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo 's form of Regenerationn mid-godly rather low-godly?

The reason Bobobo doesn't have Mid Godly Regen is because the source of his powers his Hair Ball, as long as he has it he will comeback if it's erased or desroyed he will die. That is why he has Type 8 immortaility he is reliant on his Hair Ball.

Shouldn't he already regen when his Hair Ball was destroyed (like all is body)? Like the time he was reduced to fish bones or when he die because he was a vampire.

The only time his Hair Ball has ever been destroyed was when Bi-bibi destroyed it. And he died. His body being destroyed or erased like in those examples didn't destroy his Hair Ball. It's more like an essence that takes specific techniques to access. Destroying the mind, body, and soul of Bo-bobo in his entirety isn't enough to destroy his Hair Ball. Baldy Bald III actually did that to him, and Bo-bobo was still fighting him properly with some other vague and unexplained essence aside from his Hair Ball. Baldy Bald III had this specific technique to affect the Hair Ball called God Hand. He wasn't trying to destroy it, though, only take it and absorb it.

Even laying a scratch on one's Hair Ball is enough to allow Hair Citizens to gain access temporarily to after-death worlds, though being there too long away from their Hair Ball in the regular world will kill them.
