So in my blog i outline information on Blick Winkel and how dimensions work in Ever 17.
Namely, Blick Winkel is a 4th dimensional being, the 4th dimension being length, width, height and time, and because of this he can time travel, see the past and future and other space-time continnums etc.
It's also basically said that Blick Winkel is the reader/watcher. What's unusual about Blick is that while he is a 4th dimensional being, he is perception itself, so in other worlds he isn't a physical being, he is a perspective thus he can only observe things.
So i am wondering what to place him at. Does only being able to observe things only count as a weakness for him, or does that fact prevent him from being tier 2.
