Blaze the Cat vs. King Piccolo

Not many people have actually discussed how strong Blaze is so I thought I might do a versus battle to help jumpstart such a discussion.

Rules:

Blaze does not have the Sol Emeralds as they would make this match incredibly one-sided.

King Piccolo has had his youth restored.

we are talking base blaze here,right? then she wins via speed blitzing... she is way faster then him even in base form...

though, it is one random match.... they have nothing in common....

Yes, we're talking base Blaze. No Sol Emeralds = No Burning Blaze.

I thought King Piccolo might be a good match since they're both listed as City Level, and are both considered massively hypersonic in speed. I'm not sure if a massively hypersonic classification is good for her, though, considering Sonic in Sonic CD was able to run so fast he could travel through time, and Blaze is only slightly slower than he is. If that feat is taken into consideration, then yes, she blitzes the hell out of him.
