If Blackmore uses rain or even his handgun to hurt Ringo, Ringo rewinds time. If Ringo tries to shot Blackmore, he gets intangible.

None of them can hurt each other, so inconclusive

I mean, tecnically in a fight where both fighters can't hurt each other stamina would matter as who gets exhausted first loses, but i don't see how any of them would lose stamina if time kept being rewound =P

Well, considering that Ringo in the fight against gyro stopped rewinding because it would become an infinite loop with no winners, id say that eventually blackmore takes it
