Yeah, he can throw hands if needed, but he isn't super skilled, and he typically overpowers most of his victims.
In this one I wouldn't be so sure, Fliqpy can keep fighting even with severe injuries and missing his hands, just like nothing. Endurance might go to him IMO.

He was the most skilled fighter in the Seven at least. I would honestly put him on par with Butcher in hand to hand combat.
Noir can easily cut his own wrist open and tank multiple explosions to the face with them burning and making him bleed a lot (probably because of fragments cutting through his skin) all without showing any kind of pain. He also survived attacks to the head from Soldier Boy but knowing the kind of shit HTF characters go through everyday, their endurance are pretty much equal.

At his best, I would say that Fliqpy can endure worse injuries, but the difference ain't too big.
based of noir's better battle exp and likely battle iq, Noir is more likely to stay sane and not lose his mind. That being said I vote for Black Noir

Plot twist: Noir first sees Flippy, thinking it's a new friend, then fights Fliqpy thinking it's his murder intent/liking.
Peak plot. The fact that both Noir and Fliqpy are war vets and have haunting memories.
