I don't know, Black Holes work by gravity, and in most time stops gravity seems to continue, so I think they would still function, but they wouldn't grow in stopped time.

If Time Stop were realistic, a Resistance to Time Stop would just make you know how stuck you're tbh.

You mean... That you’re aware and can see that you’re stopped in time during said time stop, but can’t move at all and is frozen because... time has stopped?

Because energy isn't transmitted, air isn't moved, gravity and others forces aren't in action, etc... As such movement would be impossible even if you resisted it

I remember a movie where a character throwed a bomb that stops time on a small area and when it explodes the MC arm was trapped inside of it, and no matter how much strength etc. The MC used she could not move it nor a muscle of her arm
