Black goku vs future Zamasu

We literally don't enough to really say. All we have are estimates. If we go with those:
Goku Black SSR: Tier 3-A
Future Zamasu: Tier 3-B
Black has Zamasu beat in almost all regards based on what we see and have estimated. The problem is Zamasu's immortality, which we don't know the limits or specifics of. If he's truly immortal and can just regenerate and tank damage, he'd probably win via war of attrition.
But that's all just speculation at this point.
Goku Black SSR: Tier 3-A

We have no true grasp on either of their powers as of now. Due to the massive amounts of PIS, illogical powerscaling and the fact that this arc is still ongoing with many important questions being unanswered for right now.
This wiki can only go by current rough estimates that will likely be shown to be wrong in the future of this arc. Going by said estimates though, Black would stomp.
