Personally, I think so. Otherwise I don't think Billy could hurt him. His Serbu could do the trick

Bump? So by SBA, they start the battle hundreds of meters away. MM can very quickly close the distance with his fast flight speed and the most logical thing he can do here is to ram straight into Butcher to oneshot him through sheer KE or at least take him high into the sky then drop him down, except he never does that in character so he'll get close and try to throw hands with him instead. Butcher for sure outskills the guy but only has a chance of harming him with his rifle and even then there's no guarantee since a .50 BMG is no doubt inferior to an autocannon which MM seemingly took no damage from.

5 months bump. I just remembered that Billy's Serbu was able to knock the wind out of Starlight and cause her pain albeit without penetrating her skin so it should actually be able to damage, if not punch straight through MM's armour.
