It is a spite match as no versions of Bill Cipher has been mentioned. Please specify the version of Bill Ciper, but I will tell you it is indeed a stomp depending on the version of Bil Cipher being used.

although the scp verse has up to 11 dimensions.... but i wont count it. it could still be a speedblitz for 682 because Bill doesnt have much speed feats whereas 682 has feats that put him at FTL.

for now my vote goes to inconclusive.

To be fair, 682 will self destruct and die. Destroying the universe along with space and time... This is already a stomp when that happened so yeah it will not be used due to it being Low 2-C for that matter.

@Cal and Weekly We might as well close this thread as it will labeled under as a self destruction feat on 682's part.
