Bill Cipher (Disney XD, Gravity Falls) vs Tabuu (Nintendo, Super Smash Bros.)

I kind of think this is an okay fight.

So it's pretty much just this. Main villain of one of Disney XD's awesome shows (that recently ended a while back this year) vs Main villain of what's supposively the least liked game of the Smash series (not my opnion, but i think it might have been bad in some ways like the different gameplay mechanics-ish....thing for example. So don't go at me for this).

Made-up Scenerio: While Bill is destroying up Gravity Falls during Weirdmaggedon, a potral of unknown nature comes out of nowhere just outside his pyramid.....thing? Anyways, Bill gets curious about it and he tells his friends to watch over the place while he checks it out (don't know what would have happened if he were to just leave but please go with me on this). Having done that, he ends up in the Subspace where Tabuu had just turned all of the Smash fighters into combatents. Bill wanted to make a deal or partnership with the being known as Tabuu only for the latter to attack him.....i guess. Now considering he's not fun to be with, Bill decides to then destroy his existence and take over his dimension along with GF.....if he knew what would happen if the latter dies but anyways~

This is a really good one. At first glance, I was not sure. Heck, I'm still not. Technically, Tabuu could blitz if Bill doesn't get off his time-stop, and if Bill activates it, I'm iffy if his hax could off Tabuu. I believe it might. Bill has more abilities, while Tabuu's are more potent. I'm not sure if Mind Manipulation could work on Tabuu. I'm going to lean on incon for now. Might change my mind.

Hmm. Wonder if i should equalize speed? Thing is Tabuu is kind of known for just standing there in the air before moving around and go to another spot....from what i've seen of the videos of his boss fight.

Well, it would be his main strategy, but his attack speed would be relatively high. If he just waits for Bill, then Bill could hax him, but he'd be destroyed by the destruction of the universe along with Tabuu. It would be best for a round 2 to equalize speed, as even without it equalized, it's iffy.

Good point. And i just watched a video of his boos fight. Tabuu mainly floats in mid-air, then he just either teleports or move somewhere else to another spot.

It's probably because he thinks they're (The SSBB cast, excluding Sonic, Jigglypuff, Wolf, and Toon Link) so much lesser than him (he did one-shot them all together just a few hours prior) if Bill pisses him off, and it being Bill, he WILL, I could see Tabuu Chain of Light-ing or OffWaving Bill.

True, true. Hmm now that you mention it, idk if Bill's hax CAN affect Tabuu. For me, it's mainly because of who and what Tabuu is. Guy's so strange you'd have to think about it throughly a bit to see if any of Bill's hax that he's shown to have through GF can affect the guy in any way.

Exactly. The only one that has a high chance of working is stoning, which might be cancelled out by reality warping, and the fact that I think Tabuu could teleport/dodge it. I want to know if Bill could avoid the Off Waves though. All of his haxes could work, but it's debatable at best. Pyrokinesis might be the most effective ironically, despite it being the least haxxed. But you described the main reason I was iffy about mind manipulation on Tabuu. He was designed to be mysterious according to his trophy. That's why his name was Tabuu. A quote was "Tabuu, there is no name that fits better" or something like that. Also, he's really good at manipulating (though not Bill level), so... that might help.

The Off-Waves? Hmm. Well maybe he can but it depends. If we're talking about before Sonic f'd up his wings, most likely. That move has quite the range and potency for being very.....well OP.

If it's after Sonic f'd them up? Don;t know....i read that it supposively weakened but to what extent i have no clue...

I assumed it became weak enough to be dodged and barely survived if hit (if on easy mode, though that's game mechanics epitome right there from me)

Oh wait, this fight takes place BEFORE Sonic came around. So if anything, this is Tabuu at his "full power".

Bill also has teleportation, doesn't he? I think he could just teleport over all of the waves? If he gets hit by any chance? That's a good question.

Both do have teleportation, but I'd say Bill has better TP. Though, aren't Tabuu's off waves multi-universal as they reached the trophy world along with subspace at full power?

I don't....recall? Cause his range of attacks and/or influence is universal...

I'm just saying it was capable of trophlifying Dedede who was in the Trophy World at the time (he was knocked out when Bowser invaded so it's unlikely Bowser trophlified him)

Not that it would really help though. They're in front of each other. BTW, love the scenario.

I'm going off topic though. I'm starting to lean more towards the triangle for sheer versatility unless Tabuu automatically sticks chains inside him and then finishes with that beam thingy.

Round 2 is leaning towards Bill a bit more, as timestop could be activated. Round 1 is the tricky one, as Bill is more haxxed, but Tabuu is more combat oriented with some notable hax.

First round: Tabuu wins in the speed department,he is fast enough to keep up with Sonic,and other speedier characters in SSBB,and since Bill is always underestimating his enemies (being his main weakness,not the portal,his personality),Tabuu would give him a bad time.

Second round:Bill alterates Tabuu´s speed. Enough to keep up with him,he gets in his pissed form,when Tabuu was about to finish him off with the Off Wings,Bill can hurt the wings OUT OF THE ANGER,and since he is angry,he can do combos.

So who wins? In the first fight,Tabuu wins,but in the second fight Bill wins,i need to break the tie.Can i do a third round? you choose the rules,CrossverseCrisis.

@Darkmon: Well this was back when Bill was just Low 2-C, of which i'm still using but never bothered to update it about. So even tho Bill did have his upgrade, i'm using his Restricted/Low 2-C form.

ok but I'm leaning towards bill do too superior reality warping and his abilty too grow in size with seemingly no limits.

@All: Hmm. Given that Bill's speed is now Unknown in this state, i've decided to just make it one normal match with speed equalized.

So far it's one now. Don't know of the others like Cal from much early on here....

Actually you know what? I don;t like continuing this match up anymore. Just feel like it and it's pretty old at this point.
