Omnipotence is its definition. By definition, it can't be beaten. However, this is fiction, so nothing is "omnipotent", but logically, it trumps even author authority.

Author Authority is only useful in author works. Anywhere else it is useless.
P.S.: Additionaly Author Authority can be trumped by Editor Authority as well. =)
