Ben Prime also has an omnitrix with a self destruct mode, so he should be 2-A with self destruction as well

Well they have Omnitrices. At least Ben Prime should have it. From what I've seen, the only difference in the alternate timelines is the personality of the Ben or who found the Omnitrix. The Omnitrix itself seems to be the same across the other timelines
