I still don't see where 1 Layer come from. There no feat for break through resistances to one's ability/hax. Also is just Enhanced

I don't see how that justifies a layer.
 
My main question is why the hell is this resistance to pain manipulation? This is just high pain tolerance which falls under stamina

In fact now that I stopped a look again there is something even if you are not answered: on the question of telepathy and Mind Manipulation and the resistance to madness manipulation type 3 You agree or disagree with these resistance

To clarify, Does Dagon read minds in the sense that he can read memories/other thoughts outside of telepathic communication?

Was the agreement between Dagon and Vilgax that Vilgax would retain his autonomy as his "servant"?

Madness Type 3 is questionable since we only saw it used for a short period of time. This effect may not be instantaneous.

1: Yes, Dagon can read minds in the sense of accessing memories and other thoughts beyond telepathic communication. This means he can read information directly from people's minds, not just communicate telepathically.
yes really but as can be shown even after becoming one of Dagon's "servants" - which theoretically would put him under the influence of Dagon's collective mind - he was still unable to read his mind or perceive his real thoughts as was demonstrated with Vilgax managing to put together a plan to steal his power
