It is agreed that Beerus and Champa combined are 2-C and that if Goku is shown to be two times more powerful than Beerus. He will get a 2-C rating, but what about the retcons that Beerus got throughout the arc's? Does Goku scale to Beerus from Universe 6 arc instead of retconned Beerus? I suppose we should add a new key called "retconned" since Beerus magically gets stronger while Jiren is supposed to be near Beerus's power, but now they are fodder or is just the requirement for Goku to be 2-C much higher even though current Beerus would one shot Universe 6 arc Beerus?

No, he doesn't, Champa said he can destroy both super saiyan and time skip, that Hit scales to SSBKx10 and Beerus was laughing and said to Goku if you want to change anything you will have to fight a GoD and Goku kept his mouth shut there.

We can't make profiles for a retcon, it's a retcon. Also I don't think that half 2-C is accepted anymore, which is frankly bullshit in my opinion but okay. Current anime Goku scales above beerus, so naturally he scales above his retconned forms.

You know that guy AKM right? I talked with him a while ago and he said that beerus and champa individually scale to unquantifiably above low 2-C and unquantifiably below 2-C but they down scale from 2-C, so they aren't half 2-C, it's unknown, and that's because those two were gonna destroy u6 and u7 with a combination attack, and the multipliers sections say that 2 characters don't individually scale to exactly half of their combination attack, in my opinion that rule is bullshit because beerus and champa are portrayed as equals so the power should logically scale to half their attack individually, and also that's a low ball because the destruction of 2 universes is a mere side effect of their fight.
