Beat's Tier Discussion

So I've played JSRF before. It's one of my fave games of all time in fact. But I'm confused as to why Beat is placed as city level or hypersonic+.

The descriptions for why are very vague. If someone could help explain this, I'd really appreciate it.

I also think that his ratings seem exaggerated based on the descriptions. You can change them to Unknown, or othervise appropriately adjust them, if you wish.

Sorry for being late. The last few weeks were a bit crazy.

For the A.KU.MU related feats, I'll admit it will be hard to determine how strong he truly is. When it comes to things like soul sucking and all that jazz, that can't really be equated into anything truly destructive. I know for a fact that he's definitely superier to anything his own police and assassin lackeys can can do (especially the weaponry), but leaving it at unknown is for the best.

Look back at the train scene, it's definitely much slower and not that impressive of a feat. It can be comparible to a rela life train, which is subsonic at best. He can still react to the same things from the first game (missiles and junk) while A.KU.MU. himself is mostly immobile. So I'd say the speed should be the same as his JSR counterpart.

My apologies for the late appearance.
