Beat vs Itsuki Minami

This Battle shall take place in Kibogaoka in Tokyo-to.

Beat gets his stats from Jet Set Radio Future and gets his mines and grenades.

Itsuki gets his stats from the beginning of Air Gear.

Durability is equalized

I don't know who Beat is, but by the looks of things Itsuki has a massive speed advantage (Hypersonic+ vs Massively Hypersonic) and the mobility advantage (grinding vs flight).. Conversely, Itsuki's AP is significantly lower than Beat (7-B vs Low 7-C).

I'd give it to Itsuki due to his flight advantage (it's kind of hard to spray paint something that can fly fifty feat in the air and rain air bullets on you).

I mean yeah, I read his profile, but I've never watched the series myself. My knowledge of Air Gear is sparse at best, so sorry if my analysis comes off as painting the dots.

What.

MINAMI IKKI

Attack Potency: Small Town level via powerscaling (Stronger then Kazu)

Massively Hypersonic (apparently mach 142)

BEAT

City Level (Can trade blows with A.KU.MU.), spray painting can bypass anything as durable as a train or tank.

Speed: Hypersonic+ (Can keep up with Assassin #5's train just by grinding)

Looks to me that Ikki just repeatedly rams Beat with Small Town Level attacks from a high place, out of reach of spray cans.

Can't he just Grind buildings to go higher?
Iki can just fly in other buildings and resume spamming attacks from there. I doubt Beat can catch up to MHS Iki.

As much as I like Beat, there's no way in hell he would keep up with Ikki in a race or fight. He's much faster, more experienced with his aggressive in-line skating as evident in his fights, and dominates the sky easily no matter what aerial tricks Beat would spin.

So the only way I can see this fight being in Beat's favor is if the two foght in an area with enough rails and in an enclosed area where Ikki won't easily escape. More room or air for the little crow means an hour long game of Tag for the two.
