Hello, first CRT, but whatever.
Currently, most Beasts are at Superhuman due to being able to keep up with Tagus, however there is stuff which can get them higher.
In Ferno the Fire Dragon (the book), Tom reacts to a crossbow bolt by throwing his sword after it is fired, and slicing it in half, and this is literally the first book of the entire series. This happens at Chapter 6, Page 66. According to the Projectile Dodging Feats page, crossbows fire at 106.68m/s to 140.208m/s, both Subsonic.
As Tom can react to this, and most, if not all Beasts are able to react to Tom's attacks, Beasts should also scale to this.
The proposal is:
