Beiloune got another buff so let's see if he can take 5th spot in 7-C

Rules are simple, Standard Battle Assumptions, and Speed Equalized.

Nocturne:

Beiloune:

Inconclusive:

The second key 7-C since I assume it's the strongest 7-C version.

Also unless Beil has 2-A resistances to power null, soul drain, madness manip, mind destruction, life drain, and fear manip he gets passively haxxed to death

Does his hax 2-A range or does that apply for something else?

I mean even without the 6-D stuff Noc still passively haxes Beil to death
He can't until you show his hax passively effecting the multiverse because Beiloune isn't starting in the same universe as him. And if it does have that level of range it would mean everyone in the multiverse he is in resists his hax by default since they're always being hit?.

No because LoL has multiple multiverses

Oh my bad lol, but aside from the Pulsfire line and the other Eternum champs no, everyone in the Eternum multiverse got haxxed to death by the Eternums
Ok then. His range description should say this. If that's the case then yes, he passively hax stomps Beiloune.
