Basis for 3-C Phantom Thieves?

Ok... So I was wondering about why the phantom thieves are considered 3-C. The basis is that the Coporobo was capable of creating a "Galaxy spanning explosion"

However, NOWHERE in the video does it say that the Big Bang Challenge attack is galaxy level. Where did this even COME from?

See the animation of the Big Bang Challenge attack. It doesn't have to say said attack is Galaxy level for it to be Galaxy level.

If you want a tldr version Each palace holder has the ability to manipulate the strength of said palace. So galaxy busting in okumuras palace is possible cuz of his personality/shadows power.
