Base Xemnas (Kingdom Hearts) vs Perfect Cell (Dragon Ball Z)

Another KH vs DB match from me. Huh, who knew? *shrugs*

The leader of the Original Organizatio takes on the Perfect Android of the Dragon Ball verse.

Battle Specifications:

-Speed is not equalized and is left as is for both combatents (if absolutely nessecery, speed will then have to be equalized)

-Match is decided by either death, KO, or BFR even

-As noted on the OP title, this is Xemnas as he is on base and Cell in his Perfect form (not the Super Perfect form, just the normal Perfect form)

-Location is on the Dragon Ball Earth (though it can also definitely take place in that place that Xemnas took and fought Sora at) so that's a place that Xemnas can either take Cell to fight at too or just BFR him to alone if he comes to think about it. Either option is just whatever. *shrugs*

That's all i got, basically.

Aside that, who wins this fight and why? The Nobody of Xehanort or The Android of Dr. Gero?

I'm gonna say that Xemnas takes this, he's much more versatile and he has the advantage of BFR if he needed it while Cell doesn't also if he manages to trap Cell like he did to Sora before Riku intervened, I don't think Cell would have a way to escape, anyway that's my 2 cents on the matter

Xemnas seems to have much better hax overall, but Cell might be a better fighter. That said, Xemnas is much smarter and more crafty and actually overpowered Sora and would have killed him if not for Riku's intervention. So my vote goes to him.

Well, Xemnas has the ability to forcibly remove someone's heart (Something he attempted during the fight with Sora and Riku), so Cell's Regenerationn is overall mostly irrelevant if he tries that.

Either way, I also vote for Xemnas due to above reasons.
