Base Saber (fate zero) vs Erza Scarlet (Post Second Timeskip)

Assuming this excludes Avalon, Saber does have better reactions/combats speed (Mach 45+). I could argue for more combat experience in favor of Saber since she has been involved in countless more battles (as a king) as well.
Also, does Erza have a counter to Saber's Excalibur (considering her stats in all incarnations are comparable to each other, her Excalibur should have relatively same amount of power).
I will vote for Saber on this one; if Erza was faster however...
