Gave him tiering for physicals, altered speed, altered the high-end of his power, touched on the P&A, and gave him optional equipment.

Regarding scaling: Due to how Ballistic's power functions I think his previous High 8-C rating doesn't make sense, his power is consistently stated to just launch stuff at bullet speed, so whoever he hits should just scale to the KE of whatever was thrown at them.
So with that in mind the following pages need alterations:

Dauntless: First key's forcefields should be altered to "at most 9-A+" due to caving in from a single car shot by Ballistic, which implies it's their max strength at that point.
Echidna: Durability needs to be split into upper and lower body since he can shoot through her, but the feat was done to her upper body which is noted as frailer. Probably "At least 9-B" for it, maybe 9-C if you're less charitable.

It should be noted (since it's not mentioned here for some reason) that Ballistic's current 8-C calc is getting replaced with this 9-A+ one because the older one uses roll-off dumpsters, which are the much bigger kind typically used for one-off operations like construction sites and house remodels before they're carried off, while a front load dumpster is infinitely more likely to be the kind Ballistic found in the middle of the city/docks area where the Leviathan fight takes place, as those are the kind that are not only typically meant for use behind most stores, offices, and restaurants/general commercial settings, but also they're pretty much always permanent fixtures as opposed to a roll off's temporary use. I got this info from the aptly named Dumpsters.com.

With that said, I agree with the CRT
