Nanami breaks his sword with Ratio. Can he still use the sword's powers if its broken?
 
Chihiro also has quite a big versatility advantage. Nanami has dura neg, but Chihiro also can outrange
 
Looking at the range it only looks like several meters, is there another instance? And outranging won't really matter, Nanami can dodge or block the attack.

A guy trying to block Kuro Scatter got sliced in half, Nanami would definitely have to dodge which would be difficult since there’s 20 projectiles to deal with

Just blocks then, Chihiro's ap isn't higher than Nanami. and his instinctive action should kick in to reduce damage from attacks.

So its 3x weaker than Nanami. And attacks like that don't matter when it comes to curse energy defense which can block slashes or just reduce attacks.
 
Nanami could also hit BF which would definitely destroy Chihiro here, something Chihiro won't be able to predict happening.

He'd still get hit by it since it's FTE and Chihiro can use it a couple of times before it starts to kick his ass

That's fine, ce reduces its damage, and Nanami's got good endurance. Once it starts wearing Chihiro down, Nanami's gonna be able to hit him with a Ratio, he'll end up dying from that.

Are we equalizing? Cursed Techs and whatever KB has aren't the same so he probably can't reflect it. It also looks like it comes from the tip of the sword so he can just dodge or the sword will be broken by that point since he'll have hit it with Ratio already.
 
So the current arguments for both:

Nanami:
Dura neg
Superior AP

Chihiro:
Speed amps
Also Dura Neg
Versatility
Range

I'll wait for more input
 
Not sure what the Superior AP argument is about when Chihiro will have the AP and Speed advantage when using Nishki along with his attacks being of the piercing variety being able to effortlessly dice people comprable to him with his slashes or Kuro.

A 3x speed advantage especially at actual melee combat range will completely just shit on any potential advantage nanami could have by landing his technique since that's actually pretty significant at close range and with no real way to counter that or Chihiro's other picering and slashing attacks I'd say this is clear cut

Just watch any fight at 50% or 1/3rd speed and you'll see what I mean
