Asura (Asura's Wrath) vs Hulk (Earth-616 Marvel)

It depends on which version of Asura is used here.
Asura in his Six-Armed, Berserker, and Mantra forms is about only at least Large Planet, likely higher. He has the much higher speed advantage compared to Hulk's Likely MHS speed (due to scaling from Spider-man in the Databooks at the very least) but Hulk is rated as Dwarf Star level AP and Dura.
If it's Asura and Hulk at their strongest, Asura stomps and speedblitzs due to much higher physical stats in the form of having Galaxy to possibly Multi-Galaxy and Hulk only getting to around at least Star level...
Edit: If anything, Asura's four (?) first forms can't hurt Hulk at his base but Hulk can't touch him. Asura in his later and more powerful and faster forms massively stomps Hulk when he's at his sufficiently angry self (i.e 4-C).
