Well not to be rude but this is a fair fight they are both 5D as Asriel beat up frisk with 0 diff and frisk was never effected as a being from different timelines thus making him high 4D to low 5D and he could not harm asriel not to mention he dwarfs another 2A character by a literal infinite amount God Flowey beat the hell out of frisk making Asriel High 5D

There is no Debate, because NEO is infinitely more powerful than Asriel, do you know how Dimensional-Tiering works? Asriel Dreemurr is 4-D, NEO is 5-D, a Lower-Dimensional character cannot harm a Higher-Dimensional character, a 4-D being has the ability to hurt a 5-D being as much as a drawing on a piece of paper has to punch you in the face.
