Just finished reading first book and here are my suggestions for stats, abilities and keys for some characters. I want to warn in advance that this revision thread will be very boring and will affect to weakest characters of the verse with their not strong feats.
[Brann Stark]
I think there should be two keys in his profile.
Pre Crippled | Crippled
I think this makes sense because in current Bran profile there are such abilities like: weapon mastery and skilled horse rider (with references in chapters and in intelligence section), but these abilities relate only to healthy bran before he fell from the tower. After the fall, he clearly can't have this abilities. In addition, pre-crippled Bran must have this ability:
Acrobatics
(I want to say that imgur recently deleted all my ASOIAF scans. So now I'm uploading them to vs battles fandom. I think that as a proofs, I will copy the text from book and specify chapter, and I will add scans later to character profiles)

Bran was moving from gargoyle to gargoyle with the ease of long practice when he heard the voices.}
So. Bran in first key should have: weapon mastery, skilled horse rider and acrobatics. In the second key, he still have only limited time travel . I'm not touching on this key yet.

I think this passage maybe says that Bran can easily ran away from guards, who must be athletically trained warriors.}

Durability: Human level or Likely Street level
Likely Street level is due to the fact that Bran fell from highest tower in Winterfell. In the book, at the end of Bran II chapter, it is simply written that he fell. He survived, however, he fell into a coma + besides, navigating through the following chapters, it's hard to say if he survived because of his durability or because of some magic from another character, so the street level doesn't seem particularly suitable to me. But Human level durability should be fine:

Since Bran climbed walls a lot and he defeated Tomen in their fight, he beat Tomen while he was exhausted on the ground, they were both wrapped in a lot of rags+armor. (A Game of Thrones: Bran II amd Arya I)

One by one the rest fell in line. Jon persuaded some, cajoled some, shamed the others, made threats where threats were required. At the end they had all agreed}

Tyrion can kick a young singer. And can break his fingers with foot. I think this should be enough for human level

He managed to wrench the axe free and lurch clumsily out of the way.
Marillion was less fortunate. Horse and rider crashed to the ground in a tangle on top of the singer. Tyrion danced back in while the brigand's leg was still pinned beneath his fallen mount, and buried
the axe in the man's neck, just above the shoulder blades.}

He did not recall hitting the ground, but when he looked up there was only sky above him. He rolled onto his side and tried to find his feet, but pain shuddered through him and the world throbbed. The knight who had felled him drew up above him. "Tyrion the Imp," he boomed down. "You are mine. Do you yield, Lannister?" Yes, Tyrion thought, but the word caught in his throat. He made a
croaking sound and fought his way to his knees, fumbling for a weapon. His sword, his dirk, anything .. "Do you yield?" The knight loomed overhead on his armored
warhorse. Man and horse both seemed immense. The spiked ball
swung in a lazy circle. Tyrion's hands were numb, his vision blurred, his scabbard empty. "Yield or die," the knight declared, his
flail whirling faster and faster. Tyrion lurched to his feet, driving his head into the horse's belly. The animal gave a hideous scream and reared. It tried to twist away
from the agony, a shower of blood and viscera poured down over Tyrion's face, and the horse fell like an avalanche.}
And after this Tyrion got out from under the horse and remained conscious despite the pain in his arm. I won't copy a lot of text because this thread will become even bigger.

(I'm also not going to add the copied text here because this thread is already very boring, long-winded and nerdy. So I'll just explain: I think Arya should have athletic stamina because she often trained with Syrio+caught cats. In some chapter (which I will definitely add to the references) She ran into the cellars of the red castle, walked there for a long time, and after she got out on cellars a few miles away from red castle, she walked back to it. Later, when Ned was captured and Arya escaped, she lived on the streets of King's Landing for an indefinite number of days catching and eating pigeons.

As you already know, most of the characters on the ASOIAF page are trained and experienced warriors. Even in the first book of ASOIAF, there are many moments when it describes how warriors kill each other (cutting armor, flesh, and bones). I remember seeing a couple of moments where even Tyrion with a weapon could easily cut through flesh.
So I think all the characters whose level looks like this: 10-A, higher with weapons, should have this tier 10-A, 9-C with weapons
