Zoro:

Well I Vote for Arthur

He's got access to superfire so his base is only about 30% his full power while he uses it (This can go up based on his knightly image)

He's got Nonself Nirvana which makes him immune to Zoro's Analytical Prediction & Information Analysis

Has Extrasensory Perception, Analytical Prediction & Information Analysis of his own

And idk if Zoro can resist the heat of his plasma blade especially since superfire makes it even hotter

Speed is equalized and Arthur's own empowerment works for all his stats + Arthur also can one shot by virtue of his swords temperature alone
Zoro's analytical prediction and information analysis is completely different to what Arthur is resist to as well, zoro's breath of all things is able to read the surroundings as if they were living, Arthur's mind being blank wouldn't help, the same way objects don't have minds or consciousness
It's stated in Arthur's resistance section that his Analytical prediction resistance also works on masters of breath reading because it's not just that his mind is blank he also doesn't have a breath to read while using it

Whether zoro reads to breath of inanimate objects or not isn't too relevant because Arthur delivers attacks while not releasing a breath at all. These thing release breath and Zoro can sense that but Arthur isn't releasing any at all while attacking using nonself

Zoro's breath of all things is completely different to breath reading... Which work only on humans

Zoro doesn't actually read someone's breath but something similarly to it with objects and surroundings
Speed is equalized
Speed amps don't get equalized
and Arthur's own empowerment works for all his stats + Arthur also can one shot by virtue of his swords temperature alone
Which he won't be able to land because of Zoro's speed and far higher skill

Zoro can also easily take away his sword with his far higher LS

It worked just fine on Giovani when he tried to ambush shinra despite the fact that he was at the time no longer human and was instead a collection of bugs stuffed in a trench coat and it works just fine on infernals despite the fact that they don't have any conventional human anatomy & are made of ash

Arthur speed will also get amped by his abilities [Both the empowerment & the superfire & his plasmantle] + what particular showing of skill will let Zoro not get hit?
Doubt it because if Zoro ever gets close he's going to have to dodge Arthur's blade which can move to hit opponents & extend like a laser

Edit: on another note Zoro need to be able to get past Arthur's plasmantle which moves to decent him [A literal mantle made purely of plasma that auto defends Arthur when active]

Reading that chapter of him blitzing Daz, its clear Zoro can't do that right away, he specifically had to improve over the fight and was otherwise getting bullied. I don't see why this wouldn't happen here and Arthur would also be improving alongside him.

Dude bugs are life lmao, so are the Infernals, they are literally doppelgängers of the real people.

read his intelligence section

Not true... His profile has nothing on getting faster, Zoro's speed Amp is able to completely blitz peoples movement speed and then dura neg them

He can, that's only at that time which he learnt to be able to do it for the first time

After learning goken, he's able to utilize it with all his moves, even ranged slashes

read his intelligence section
Just post a copy quote of the relevant parts of it here.

You said only humans at first which Giovanni isn't & infernals would barely classify as living things either way as they have completely non standard biology [Consisting of a body made of ash with no organs except for a core] (they don't even actually breath as a lot of them don't even have orifices to breath from)

When I updated his profile last year I only touched on the abilities section, I forgot the stats so that's a mistake on my part but Shinra who also uses Superfire clearly has it as a speed amp on his profile so that should go to show that it is

Shinra actually uses his fire for acceleration, it's different

I said humans obviously because they are living things and not objects

They are still living things and have emotions and stuff

using Santoryu Zoro is able to attack from borderline unpredictable and unstable angles. (Has also been shown to be able to fight despite whatever terrain or environment he's on, weather it be underwater, in the air or as the ground beneath him is collapsing.)

His Santoryu attacks are harder to register than that of even a six sword style from Hachi, and can effortlessly parry slashes coming at him from every direction while using foreign swords. Hachi firmly believing that there's a vast skill gap between 6 armed Fish-Men like himself and that of humans, despite Hachi believing in this statement Zoro is able to dance around Hachi effortlessly.

Zoro is also displays Mastery in various other forms of sword styles such as Ittoryu and Nitoryu, and even developed another unique form of sword play, Mutōryū (無刀流) (Swordless Style) In which Zoro is able to utilize if ever disarmed of his swords, revolving around throws and changing the trajectory of his opponents momentum, allowing Zoro to fling his opponents at one another, allowing him to cut without technically having a blade on him.

An analytical and alert fighter Zoro prefers to target lethal vital points from the get go.(quick to grasp the rhythm of battle, as a attentive fighter Zoro excels in analyzing his opponents to find their weakness allowing Zoro to create extremely effective countermeasures and combinations on the spot. Zoro is able to analyze his opponents skill, attack patterns and timing. Zoro also showcases impressive predictive accuracy, being able to predict the movements and trajectory of his opponents, being able to predict FTE attacks and attacks that change trajectory.
guess all of these these
