Spirit Magic: The ability to interfere with souls. The more precise definition of spirit magic is magic that manipulates the incorporeal elements of sentient beings. In more concrete terms, it could be used to manipulate the heat, electricity, and other energy without matter that circulated within a person’s body. That also included things like memories, thoughts, and consciousness. With enough skill, a spirit magic user could take those incorporeal elements, duplicate them, and create a new soul out of them. In other words, create another person.

LNRegeneration magic was ‘magic that interfere at time’. The use of regeneration magic was more of restoration rather than healing, it was just a portion of it. Originally it was possible to interfere with time itself using this magic, it could catch a glimpse of the past or take a peek at several branches of the procession of time. Shia’s characteristic magic of ‘Future Viewing’ was likely originated from this magic.
Restoration magic was magic that manipulated time. Which explained why in her message, Meiru had described it as magic that restores and not magic that heals. However, it could do more than just restore things to a previous state. Since it could interfere with time directly, it could be used to look into the past or potential futures based on set decision variables. Shea’s Future Sight was, in fact, just one application of restoration magic.

LNSpace magic was a ‘magic that interferes at boundary’. Elimination of race-creature gap, formulating new boundary to create spirit world, it could be thought that those kinds of things were also possible.
Those dimension/spirit worlds are separate pocket realities that follow their own timeflow or the time of the universe in which they exist.Spatial magic was magic that manipulated boundaries. Meaning it could be used to create entire dimensions as well as manipulate the boundaries between fantasy and reality. A skilled master could turn reality into illusion and illusions into reality.

The crimson shock wave blew away all the dumbfounded people. They were tossed around like a cloth flapping inside a bomb blast. Arogan, Gruelle, and Louis laid out their barrier with amazing reaction speed in order to protect their respective comrades and lords who were relatively near, but they were blown away along with their barrier.

Her rabbit ears went * PINN*. The vigor of her guts pose pierced the sky. Her raised up fist passed through the speed of sound very easily and caused an explosive sound to ring out loudly. The sky was also split from the after effect.
No, surely it was just a hallucination, no doubt about it. It only looked like there was a crack at the sky just for an instant.

Although there was a time difference between realmsHajime also activated his communication device. It made a noise. He glanced aside and met the gazes of Yue and others. It looked like it was the same with them. Apparently the call was getting harder to connect.
He sent unlimited magic power to Yue and others through artifacts. That act was like boosting the signal’s strength if this was a normal telephone call.
The noise cut off. There was silent for a while before finally the call connected to the call receiver.
『This is Amanogawa. Is this Nagumo?』
「Yeah. There’s emergency.」
Hajime felt just a bit relieved that the call was connected safely. It looked like Yue and others had connected properly too. Ch 505
「First from me. Right now there isn’t any time difference with earth. According to my clone, it seems her connection to me was horribly disturbed temporarily, but it’s stabilizing right now.」
「The connection almost cut off the instant we entered the machine world huh. Aiko, it’s going to be a bit hard for you but, maintain your consciousness sharing with your clone for now.」
「Of course. Even though I would be able to notice quicker if I didn’t completely leave everything to the clone’s autonomy……I’m sorry.」
「No, you don’t need to feel sorry. After all you won’t be able to have fun with how hard it’ll be if you need to constantly direct half of your focus to earth even though we’re in the middle of a trip.」
Aiko’s shoulders dropped apologetically. Hajime patted her hair gently while running his gaze at the others.
Yue and others nodded and gave their report.
According to them, there was no abnormality with Tortus and the star spirit world. However, apparently there was a change with the fairy world and the desert world.

Light and Time:
Healing/recovery, buff, barrier and sealing magic are derived from light element.Kaori had possessed the highest affinity for restoration magic, followed by Tio, and then Yue. Yue was so used to her own self-regeneration skill that she rarely used healing magic. For that reason, her affinity for it was much lower. She was able to heal herself without thinking, so actually having to actively cast recovery spells was hard for her.
On the other hand, Kaori’s job was Priest. Restoration and recovery magic were strongly linked, so her affinity for it had been the highest. She could use it more efficiently, and at greater range than either Yue or Tio. Though she unfortunately still needed magic circles and an incantation to cast, so Yue’s version was still more useful in combat. Vol 5 p283

“Then how’s he getting more?!”
“By converting something else! I don’t know if he’s using up his life force or his soul or what, but he’s transforming it all into mana! It’s probably something he can do because he can use Limit Break! Either way, this isn’t good!”
“Goddammit, Kouki, come back to your senses already!”

The most terrifying part was that Eri had managed to create something akin to spirit magic all on her own, and then refined the spell to the point where the incantation didn’t even sound like an incantation. It showed the depth of her obsession with Kouki. Vol 11 p72

Not that he trusted a turncoat to begin with. Necromancer was a job that required a high level of proficiency in dark magic. In fact, necromancy was the most powerful dark magic spell. And since Eri could use that with ease, she of course had no trouble using other dark magic spells. She was the genius who’d created her own necromancy spell, Spirit Binding, so it was hardly surprising. The spell that allowed her to bind the souls of the deceased to her corpses and grant them a modicum of will was almost as powerful as ancient magic all on its own. Even Freid, general of the demon army and a master of ancient magic himself, hadn’t been able to sense her arrival, meaning he’d been completely taken in by the dark magic Eri had used to interfere with his senses. However, Eri waved off his threat and replied to him calmly. Vol 8 p333

- Presence Manipulation:The user can manipulate the presence of their self by making their presence disappear.
- Presence Isolation: Allows user to completely erase their presence.
- Phantom Step: A skill which leaves behind a presence with an afterimage piled up on them self to blur their own figure.
- Dream Illusion III: A skill that produces up to three illusory clones of the user.
- Clarity Phantom: A skill that gives substance to the clone of the user.
- Minimum Mind: While the user is invisible this skill makes the user’s breathing, heartbeat, presence, and even the fluctuation of the mind, and so on, to be in a flat state.
- Shadow Dance: A skill that allows the user to run on walls. It can’t let the user stand still on a wall, but as long as the user has momentum, they can continue to run on walls.
- Water Dance: A skill that let the user walk over the water.
- Leave Dance: A skill that let the user use things like leaves that are falling in the air as instant footholds for jumping.
- Wood Splinter Dance: A skill which lets the user leap using dust
The impetus for the idea was of course a certain Abyssgate-san. His clone bodies were produced by his skill but, originally that skill could be categorized as soul magic.
By copying the information of one’s own soul and imprinting it into a body of magic power, it became possible to have another body that could move autonomically and share information. It was a magic with the highest level of difficulty.
「I thought that it would be possible somehow if it’s just creating one clone but……after all I can insert pseudo soul into plant to make it fight for me.」
「I guess there is a world of difference in difficulty level between simple combat action and a perfect copy of the user. In addition there was also the matter of time limit.」

The portal was created using Space magic and the mist teleported them to a city outside space-time (the gap).“It’s strange... I can sense mana from everything around us, both the fog and the water.”

Hajime shot Yue a glance. Though he said nothing, it was a trivial task for her to read his thoughts, and she quickly created a teleportation portal to let everyone escape. But before she could send anyone through—
“Daddy! He’s calling for us! He wants us to save him!”
“Wh-What?”
Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to process that or ask Myu what she meant. Owooooooooooooooooooooo!The creature let out a howl. It wasn’t a threatening sound, though. In fact, it almost sounded melodic. A second later, Hajime and the others were surrounded by light, and their consciousness began to fade.
“Shi—” Yue shouted, panicking. The portal she’d created scattered to the four winds. SS Volume p215
Now, centuries or perhaps millennia later, the seal had been weakened to the point where it was nearly gone. If the lynchpin of the seal, the tower that the whale was fused with, broke, then the ancient evil horrors would regain their full strength and would start terrorizing people across all worlds and all times.
“Mister Whale’s been waiting this whole time for someone who can fix the seal to come! He said he needed really strong ‘Synergist-creators!’”
This abandoned capital didn’t actually exist anywhere within the real world. It had once stood where the sea they’d come from was, but the seal had transported it into a gap between dimensions. Basically, this whole space was a city-sized Treasure Trove.
And because the whale was also the product of that ancient civilization, it too possessed the power to transcendspace and time. However, its power had been greatly weakened, so it could only transport people here once, and only people who visited the particular stretch of sea the capital had once been on. Meaning this was the only chance anyone would ever have to repair this seal. Restoration magic wouldn’t be enough to do it because a lot of the damage to the seal was too old to be realistically recovered. It would take more mana than anyone in the world possessed. Which was why the whale had needed to bring in people who could analyze the seal and rebuild it from the ground up, namely Synergists who could use creation magic. Not only that, Synergists with more skill and mana than either Hajime or Oscar possessed individually.
“So it brought you and Oscar-oniisan together even though you’re from different times, Daddy! It made a miracle!”
Silence. Cold air caressed his skin.
He couldn’t see ahead of the torii corridor clearly. There was thin mist at the surrounding when he realized.
This situation clearly wasn’t normal.
One of the profoundly mysterious legends that could also be found in Fushimi Inari crossed the back of his mind.

The gate use Space magic. It was unstable because that world and the destination(Earth) had a different timeflow.After he got left alone in the middle of torii corridor, he kept walking for half a day through the long corridor that was clearly far longer than in reality no matter how he looked at it.
The stone paving and red torii’s were extending endlessly without any change in scenery. It felt like he was not making any progress at all. The outside of the corridor was covered in mist, and even when he threw caution to the wind and tried charging daringly into the mist, he only ended up at his original spot.
He also tried using the Gate artifact, but although it activated, the light membrane had noises running through it or wavering, or dispersing from the edge. It looked dodgy and didn’t seem usable.
It made Kousuke feel like he was hallucinating the scrapping sound of his sanity level was getting whittled down after so long.
(I would be able to contact Emily at least if only my clone didn’t vanish though……)
Perhaps as to be only expected, his smartphone didn’t have any signal the whole time. His connection with the clone at Emily’s side was also severed.
(Few hours on that dimension=4 days on Earth) But the gate was still able to connect them. This dimension was creted using the planet energy.「Can you tell us what day it is?」
「The day today, is it?」
Her confusion deepened. The female staff looked like she wanted to question Hinata instead. But, perhaps because of her professional spirit, she at least answered her first.
According to her,
「Four days has passed as expected……since when I became Urashima Taro-san?」
Kousuke got into a stupor once more. This was too unexpected.
The eyes of the female staff were completely suspecting him as some kind of criminal.
Hinata was sprinkling her charms around to appeal that there wasn’t any problem at all here, none at all ma’am while dragging Kousuke to the corner of the lobby.
「Endou-sama. It seems the flow of time in that world and this world is different.」
