"w-WHAT?!" Sonic could not believe his eyes when he has opened the door in the hallway. How could something like this happen?

Mobius, a planet sprawling with life. Known for the beautiful locales of this planet as well as the breathtaking technology around it, it is truly one of the greatest places to visit in the cosmos. However, within it's contrasting nature and technology, a legendary rival was formed. A rivalry that transcended universes, this was Sonic and Eggman. The Blue warrior always prevailed in his exploits with his Egg nemesis, but everything was gonna change today.
Sonic is seen destroying robots in Eggman's base
"Is this the best you can bring out Egghead?" Sonic asked essentially just teasing Ivo for his lackluster robots. "OHOHOHO, NOT TODAY YOU LITTLE BLUE RAT!" screamed a triumphant Eggman as he crashed through a wall, entering the base with gigantic mech suit shaped like a T-rex. "With my new invention, Egg-Rex, I am going to crush you like the little pin cushion you are!" Eggman yelled with a grin that stretched between ear to ear.
"Oh yeah? Well what makes this one so different huh?" Sonic asked giggling at Eggman's incompetence when it comes to naming his robots. "Why I'm glad you asked you little porcupine! You see what separates the Egg-Rex from everything else I designed is that it is powered by ONE chaos emerald. The other 6 are just artificial and because of their design, they don't need to function between the prospects of positive and negative energy!" Eggman yelled with confidence seething under his breath.
"Now...YOU'RE HISTORY!!" Eggman yelled as the dino mech opened his mouth to reveal a canon that was charging up chaos energy. "That can't be good" Sonic muttered, as he rushed up into the mech's cockpit and vibrated his molecules so fast that he phased right past the said cockpit. Sonic quickly scan the room within the cockpit in the dinosaur to see where the emeralds were. Once located, he quickly took one out of the respective energy transmitter which started screwing up the mech all over.
"NO, YOU LITTLE RAT DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU'VE DONE!?" Eggman screamed at the top of his lungs frantically trying to catch the blue menace with the emerald in his hand.
"I dunno, foiled your plans?"
"NO YOU MOUTH BREATHER! YOU'VE MADE THE CHAOS CANNON WITHIN EGG-REX ALL SCREWY! IT'S OUT OF CONTROL NOW LOOK AT IT!!!" Eggman roared while pointing out at his cockpit to show Sonic that the Chaos Cannon fired leaving a black rift to loom there, sucking in everything within it's perimeter. Sonic, with emerald in hand gulped as he realized his own brashness screwed him over again.
Eggman was absolutely tired of losing to Sonic which led him to have a final back up plan that would screw Sonic over much more than he planned. He opened the cockpit window, which led to almost everything being sucked in within it even Sonic. Once Sonic was sucked out of the Cockpit, Eggman merely closed it again before it could happen to him. Eggman used the remaining emeralds to produce chaos energy to neutralize the black hole within the base. Once succeeded, Eggman collapsed, exhausted by the string of events.
"Whew, I've not only stopped it, I also took out Sonic. What a deal..."
Somewhere in the Medaka verse
Sonic crash landed out of the portal to see where he was at. Surveying the area, Sonic gritted his teeth, muttering "Eggman you done it this time" Deciding to take a run to see where he was, Sonic ran through the halls of the building, and he got incover when he saw young human teenagers walking in the hallway, not trying to garner any attention. "Huh, I must be in some kind of school" Sonic muttered as he took a second to wait until they were out of his line of sight. Once the coast was clear, he had encountered a door in the hallway, deciding to go in from there despite the chance that someone might've been behind it Sonic, slowly opened it revealing to him a whole new world of pain and discomfort.
"w-WHAT?!" Sonic as the scene slowly drifted into the room's perspective. There, a number of students were attatched to the walls with screws keeping them in place. Other students were found screwed on to the ground, blood everywhere. Sonic's mind raced as he tried to access the situation before him. Who would do this? Why would they do it? Even Eggman isn't that twisted. All his thoughts came to a screeching halt when he heard a feminie voice echo through the hallway. "Oh no, I've got caught' the voice said echoing through Sonic's ears as the murderer was starting to reveal himself from the shadows of the hallroom as he walked forward. It was a boy. Tall and lanky with messy black hair and the uniform the other kids were wearing. What was most concernedly was that he was holding on to the same screws that impaled the other students. No wait, it wasn't the screw that freaked Sonic out, it was rather the innocent smiled placed upon that boy.
Once the boy's eyes met with Sonic, it widened as far as he could muster. What? What is this some kind of cartoon animal? It was a blue hedgehog with sneakers? It was really weird. "Wha-what are you?" he asked as his smile quickly disappeared, yet still latching on to that innocence. "Were you the one that did this?" Sonic asked as his eyes lowered, shadows blocking it. A bit annoyed that this blue armchair answered his question with another question, he kept his polite persona by answering with a cheerful "Yup" with a smile creepier than Eggman's signature toothy grin.
"I see..." Sonic muttered. "Thanks Egghead I'm glad you've sent me to this dimension, I think it was necessary for you to that..."
"Huh? What are you saying?"
"Tell me what's your name?"
"Ummm Kumigawa. Why?"
"Kumigawa huh, well you don't derserve to learn my name pal. You've just got me mad."
Sonic's eyes quickly darted back to Kumigawa's. A vicious glare that took back the highschool boy for a bit, but was overtaken by the emotions of anticipation. "Oh yeah? Don't push your luck you shitty blue feces" Kumigawa said with a tone so drastically childish compare to the things he was saying that it came off as unsettling. Sonic gripped his emerald in his hand and decided rushed at the boy taking the first step into battle. . .
