Ancient Walkers and Aurora get their so long needed updated P&A lists, you can see them by looking up my last revision before Garrixian undid them.

Post-SGW Amy get Small Size Type 0, as her measurements are the same as that of her game counterpart.

Sonic gets Invulnerability through 50 Power Rings, Knuckles, Tails and Silver already have it with all justifications described in them, so he should too.

Naugus' Ixis Magicks work on Atomic level, thus giving all Crystalline Magic Matter Manipulation (Atomic) and all those that resist it get resistance to it.

Due to Shadow still being part Black Arms in Archie canon, he should ideally possibly have resistance to Paralysis Gas as his game counterpart does, as it is mentioned in Black Arms encyclopedia page.

Super Forms and above get Shadow's Paralysis Inducement and Explosion Manipulation through Chaos Blast, as those are referred to as Chaos Control powers, as well as Knuckles' Air Manipulation and Radiation Manipulation, which is more deadly than that from space.

Knuckles possibly gains all abilities of a single Chaos Emerald in base, as he is obviously referred to as a living Chaos Emerald, in addition he also likely gets Telekinesis, Pain Manipulation and Heat Manipulation, as Locke and other guardians commented on Knuckles' abilities as vastly superior to theirs, with Locke saying so while using telekinesis.

All 1 Chaos Emerald users and Knuckles get Technology Manipulation, as Locke was able to disable Dark Legion's blasters and several Robians by using it.

Supers and above get Resistance to Information Analysis (Nicole gravely underestimated the threat Enerjak posed despite being able to analyze cross-dimensional magic from another multiverse and the destruction of the infinite multiverse)

Strongest characters get access to, and supers and above get resistance to Matter Manipulation (Quantum) (Dr. Eggman assumed Sonic's inability to lose was a result of a hiccup on a quantum level, the quantum variant which disrupts even the soundest of plans, which led him to rewrite reality in an attempt to get rid of it. He failed to do so with both Genesis Waves, but with combination of SGW and Sonic's Chaos Control, Sonic's fate aura disappeared in Post-SGW reality)

Sword of Acorns' Power Null becomes layered due to it easily draining Enerjak, who vastly upscales from Shadow with one Emerald.

Titan Tails' Power Absorption becomes 7-D due to absorbing powers of Master Mogul 2, who became one with entire Chaos Force.

This. I don't exactly get what you're proposing. Are you saying characters should resist the fate hax aura? Because if so, I disagree. I think this should at best be an ability from Sonic's own Chaos Control and the SGW interacting.

Not really, Fate Aura still affects everyone, even SGW alone can't remove it, what Super characters do resist is manipulation over Quantum Particles themselves, since S.Sonic and S.MegaMan were unaffected by SGW, it's just that combined power of SGW and Sonic's Chaos Control ultimately removed it in the new reality
 
I agree as long as you add a note of why the characters don't resist Sonic's fatehax in the page, to make newcomers less confused.
 
Quantum manipulation should be subject to deletion, so I do not think the related change should be added.

It's still a very potent part of Sonic's and other's moveset, so it would at least fall under Quantum part of Matter Manipulation as looks like people are discussing here
 
Quantum Manipulation is being transferred to Matter Manipulation, what gives? Can't the OP replace that with it?
