AP needed to burn down the surface of the world?

I was checking the calc on Boros for average surface destruction, and I was wondering something. It was mentioned in the comments that burning down the surface of the planet would yield higher results, assuming it was done in an instant (or at least in the same time frame as the calc made for Boros) how much AP it would be needed?

What do you mean by burn? It can be both vaporization and melting things

Yeah, that's what I understood as well from Lord Boros' calc and what I was told before. But is there a calc of the exact power output for it or it has never been properly calced so far (or similar cases as well)?
