Anyone know the calc to the Burning Gundam's island crumbling feat

Hmm. Might be able to sort of assume, by finding average mass for an island, assuming a material we know the density of, and then calculating (violent) fragmentation.
If we know the island's name of if it's based off a real place we could base its size on, that'd be very helpful.
