yep, if there is any fight between anos's chaotic eyes and any other laws/principle/fate/hax/any other magic eyes, inconsistency due to two diff. magnitude of forces will be generated. That inconsistency will create contradiction. Contradiction is chaos and chaos is the very domain of Anos's eyes and hence Anos wins.

In compare with law/principle which make a single event to happen certanly, it's far more advantageous to have "Magic Eyes of Chaotic Destruction" which make this event never happen.
And that contradiction turn into power of "Magic Eyes of Chaotic Destruction".

The way the OP stated above I don't think it can destroy passives as you know it's passive and I think anos eyes needs to be activated to work.

I actually forgot the reasoning or prevailing argument as to why the verse didn't get the tier 1 upgrade as I originally thought it would.

Higher-Dimensions are not specified, only that due to how the difference between them is established, then it is more of a possibility, also the attempt to upgrade the cosmology of the verse was in February of this year, by that time there was very limited information, now there is much more information, but personally I think it is still not enough, and it is better to wait for the Web Novel and the Light Novel to give us more information about the Silver Sea so we can try to upgrade the cosmology of the verse.

There is no specific "infinite" difference between the layers, it is more uncontably, but I am not an expert in these matters.

The overall power, meaning attack potency, durability and speed, as well as the power of laws and concepts from a deeper universe is at least uncountably greater than that of a shallower universe. The difference between layers is compared to the difference between dimensions.

Likewise, more context is needed from the Web Novel and the Light Novel as well, so there will be no attempt to upgrade the cosmology of the verse in the near future.

Chaotic eyes, his normal demonic eyes, his blood corrotion are all passive, the ability is always active...
