Anos and pennywise

I've been looking at both of their profiles. I know that Penniwyse is a high 1A in his Deadlights form, but one of his weaknesses is being able to take damage, thanks to not being afraid of him, among other weaknesses. So, could Anos Voldigoad be able to defeat him?

Nope. Anos isn’t aware of the ritual needed to harm IT’s true form, nor does he have any means of bypassing IT’s Acausality Type 5 or Transduality Type 3. Not to mention that Anos can’t even interact let alone perceive IT because IT being H1-A, views Anos as mere fiction.

I understand. I thought there would be some way, given that not being afraid of him could have damaged him, but it's true that all of this makes for a pretty uneven fight. Even so, he has quite a few weaknesses, being a high 1A, which surprised me. Thanks for helping me resolve the doubt.
