Right, so, the Announcer's wincon from what I gathered is that he can just delete someone with a thought via plot stuff.

Which, fair, could kill Wang Wei.

However, Wang Wei's thoughts and reactions are not only laughably higher than his usual speed, but can do the following before Announcer can even form a thought since all of these are thought-based;

• See the entire fate of the Announcer from the past all the way to the future, knowing pretty much everything he needs, and will know what to do.
• Amplify his speed by god knows how much, but at least 200+ times.
• Unleash his aura which would suppress the body, soul, and mind of announcer. However, dude is electronic, so I'm not sure how good it'll be. Though considering the verse can affect the soul and body of Supreme Cultivators (whom's real bodies are their Dharma Body, which is a Type 1 Concept/Law/Info Type 2), I'd say it might be possible.
• Seal him with shtick that can seal Laws/Concepts/Info type 2.
• Literally just turn NEP2 and ND, and proceed to do anything else. Though not sure if we assume plot stuff can affect NEP.
• Power Null him.
• Many, many other things. Dude is stacked.

Not to mention, dude is invisible to pretty much everything in existence, as his Unseen Cube is already active, since this is key where he has to keep it active all the time.
