Anna VS. Kakuzu

I'm... kind of surprised this hasn't yet been done. Two town-level peeps who only care about money. Speed is equalized and Both are (Obviously) 7-C.

Kakuzu:

Anna:

Inconclusive:

AP calcs are shockingly close here, and both characters are considered generously superior to the characters the calcs source, so this seems pretty close in power output.

Anna's got a lot of great options here, and can match Kakuzu in a lot of ways. Comparable intelligence and skill level, she's outranged but has abilities and gear to teleport farther than Kakuzu's attack range so she can kinda negate that advantage. She can reduce AND redirect incoming damage, negate durability, passively and actively heal herself, absorb energy from Kazuzu for healing herself, summon in help, manipulate both her own stats and lower Kakuzu's (as opposed to Kakuzu who can only increase his own), use poison, forced sleep, curses that affect stamina AND regen, one hit kill move, duplicating herself, electric attacks and weapons to target Kakuzu's main weakness, temporary invulnerability. The list just goes on and on with Anna, at first glance I think she'd soundly take this fight with all the ways she reduces how badly she's hurt, punishes anything Kakuzu does, heals herself, and just messes with him at every turn.

...Except for one problem. "Regenerationn (Low-Godly)"

How does Kakuzu access 'Edo Tensei'?

I'm not a fan of Naruto so I have no idea, but I'm pretty sure Anna has no answer to a Low-Godly Regen. Fire Emblem characters CAN fight and kill souls, but how that's applied in this situation is kinda unclear, which means despite all those advantages, Anna might not be able to put Kakuzu down.

Her sleep manipulation and poisons might be able to incap since he doesn't resist them, and it doesn't seem like he has a way to get past her BFR options with outrealm gates (Though, BFRing him might require some clever thinking, the lifting strength difference is huge so Anna's going to need to make use of powers and gear to actually get him in the portal), but that Low-Godly regen has me unsure if Anna would win this through battle alone, despite all these advantages I believe she has.

Anna's commanding the battlefield, so I still think she can win through alternate win-cons, but I'm doubtful she could kill Kakuzu, so a tentative vote for Anna.

Anna kinda stomps no?

Kakuzu has absolutly nothing on Anna Aegis and Pavise blocking everything Kaku throws at her, together with both Counters, making attacking her the worst thing Kaku can do. All the damage Kaku does to Anne gets healed up thanks to Sol and Nosferatu, add Reneval to the bunch and Anne would outlast him casually.

Annas attack will chunk Kaku like crazy thanks to Ignis and Luna, and in the case of the fight taking longer than though, Vengeance.

But until a certain point, Anna will realise that Kaku can't die. So she puts him to sleep with sleep staff and chucks him into a dragon gate, where he gets bfred into a zombie infested realm, where he can fight for eternity.

Counters get... well, countered by Kakuzu being a primatily ranged fighter with his multiple hearts, and Aegis/Pavise are both... yknow, randomly-activated. Sol and nosferatu require Anna to manage to hit him, as do most of her other skills. Given that Kakuzu is not only smart enough to stay out of her range and outskill thanks to similar experience and better showings (Stomping the entirety of Kakashi and team Asuma), as well as buff himself up with chakra and earths kin...

She has a Counter skill for range attacks too you know.

Skill chances are game mechanics and even if you went that route, a max stated Anna can activate them consistently enough, like all of her abilities.

The same applies to Kakuzu, with the only difference that Annas hits will seriously damage him, while vise versa dosnt apply.

How does Kankuzu keeps his range if Anna can just teleport herself to him or him to her with a wink of her tele staffs? How does he keeps his range if Anna can put him to sleep with a wink of her sleep staff? And once shes in range its basically game over for Kaku, because a single hit will just paralyze him.

And even if he somehow manages to keep his distance, now he annoys Anna, who will drop various FE characters on him through the Outerrealm gate and masses of zombies, who are all strong enough to threaten Kaku.

Outskilling Anna is a bold statement, considering that Anna rofls armies of soldiers, strong enough to kill her on battlefields riddled with flying enemies, magic and arrows.

Ranged counter, like said above, is still usable here.

Even if the Aegis/Pavise combo are randomly triggered, they still CAN trigger, and trigger relatively often. So a number of attacks are going to get snuffed. That's not even mentioning Dragonskin always reducing damage, and stacking with other defensive abilities.

Also, what is this "Manages to hit" thing? Speed is equalized, and the composite Anna is coming off the experience of all sorts of Annas, including the Apotheosis where she was the main boss able to fight off the army of major characters like they were flies, and has experience for basically every fighting style in the franchise. She shouldn't be outskilled here by a long shot, she has basically everything under her belt and trashes normal enemies by the battalion-full.

And Anna's clearly gifted in just one appearance, let alone composited. Armed with an ability to just teleport around AND staves that teleport both her AND other people means range should never be an issue. She should be smart enough to be able to stick to him like glue and always keep him in range.

Anna also has stat buffing, but also debuffing through things like curses, so not only can Anna keep up with options to make her own stats even better (which, she scales above foes that scale above Walhart who makes a joke of average soldiers...so she's got a bit of a scaling chain on her side) but she can slow Kankuzu down and weaken him.

And even the Earth Skin has a downside here, Anna's for sure rocking a Levin Sword and Thunder-Series tomes, she's bringing electric attacks to this fight, the direct counter to the Earth Skin. Not to mention she COULD also have the Bolt Axe or Shockstick. She has the direct elemental counter here.

Kazuzu's only advantage seems to be his regen, other than that Anna can match, counter, or surpass him in pretty much every other way. And since she has alternate win-cons, she should be able to even beat a godly regen by making him someone else's problem, stun him, or put him to sleep.
