If someone is literally made of space-time but are not universal in size then are they 4d

latest

So does Dormamu qualifies

On its own, nope. Same as how messing with Space-Time on a non-universal level isn't a 4D feat. Additional context would be required.

Good question, but idk, I remember it being treated as intangibility or incorporeality, unless they are a whole continuum, like an entire timeline and stuff.

Dormamu is literally merging universes with his dark dimension and seemingly the time space of dark dimension forms his body so he should at least have higher dimensional manipulation

I do not know how just because it isn't Universal size means it's not 4D but 3 Dimension of Space + 1 of time = 4D.
unless if people meant Low 2-C or something

Dormamu is already 2 c in ap because of merging universes feat just need a reason to make a crt to make him 4d or at least give higher dimensional manipulation

That's a shame does merging universes qualifies for higher dimensional manipulation
