Should Alien X be upgraded to Multiversal Level?

The Chrono Navigator which professor Paradox has is Multiversal Level over time.

Can Alien X scale to this due to being able to do 'anything' within his setting or verse.

I disagree that Alien X can do absolutely 'anything' in fiction but within his own verse he should be able to?

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The current consensus is that "strongest power" and all that just means that Alien X has OP reality warping. He used to scale to the Navigator for a year and a half though. You can try and change that but you better prepare for the worst then...
