Some people found Kirito's tier when empowered by all of Underworld rather fishy, so I will clear things up.
1. Even before Kirito actually empowers himself, he can use the Blue Rose Sword to restrain Gabriel, and the Night Sky Sword to turn the sky into night.
Seems to have some environmental damage feat here for the latter.
2. When he does empower himself, he states that he is an entire galaxy worth of stars, while Gabriel is like a black hole.
This would probably solidify that fully-powered Kirito and Gabriel are at the very least 4-B, maybe even 4-A.
