Aizen Regenerationn Downgrade

From what I understand, Aizen is rated Mid-High in Regenerationn for surviving Mugetsu. The problem with that is that after surviving Mugetsu, he was shown regenerating from being cut in half(which is pretty much all that Mugetsu does, CUT things) and NOT from being turned to dust. Aizen's body was completely destroy both in the anime, and manga. What you see is only his Regenerationn been that good, and that fast. After existing the smoke he was still regenerating from the attack. If he was just cut in half like you assume, it would contradict his body been turn to pieces, and completely destroy as shown in the links.

Also, Aizen should have some kind of cellular lvl Regenerationn as well. [1], [2], [3], [4],[5] As you can see the hole on his chest is much smaller than the wound inflicted on him.

On the topic of his Regenerationn I was wondering why he didn't fully regenerate back to Monster Aizen what happened?

The Axis? Aizen was never hit by the "Axis" (I'm assuming you mean the X-axis) and how do you know that? in the last bleach chapter aizen is seen with both arms intact

He didn't when to his monster form, (not that he didn't look like one after it) because the Hogyoku began to evolve him even further, by fusing him with his zanpakuto, just like Ichigo was in Mugetsu . Sadly, the sealed put on him activated from the damage he took, which had weaken him in the process, before evolving.

Aizen never met Lille Barro.
