Adding scan on profile/calculation for Small Planet level feat (Warhammer 40K)

Hello. Pretty much this is just proposing that we add the actual scan to profiles that scale to the Velthinar feat, as the calculation for the feat does not have it and it only appears in the Chaos feats thread. This will just make it much easier to present the source of the feat, as I noticed that was a criticism of the calculation. Here is the scan for the feat.

Bet, I should have probably listed the affected profiles then to know which needs to be unlocked right?

You would really only need to list it in the profile where the scaling comes from. Which is Lysander iirc.

Idt Lysander has a profile here or rather I don't see it. I know for certain Valerian, M'Kar, and the Officio Assasinorum page have separate references to the feat.
