In the Adam ruins everything episode on funerals, Adam seemingly rips a hole in a corpse's (it was in "good" condition for a funeral) stomach with ease, would this be enough upgrade him to athletic human or street level physically?

It seems likely, yes.

Okay. Never mind then.

Although it's not directly shown, it's implied that he's actually doing so, by the sound effects, and the fact that Emily was actually going to puke if he continued.

No it isn't. No blood is shown, when they cut back to the corpse right after Adam supposedly ripped into him there is no hole, guts or anything at all (1:28). And the Emily puking thing was towards the cotton ball thing, not the ripping a hole.

I'm sorry but I do not see how anyone could interpret that scene in this way.

So, should we close this thread?

Emily was going to puke from his actions, not his description, that had already ended. She wouldn't have just puked from him putting cotton balls on top of the guy's stomach.

Edit: also they likely can't show things like gaping stomach wounds, since it's meant to be for ages 13+

@Blah Adam wasn't going to put the cottonballs in the stomach. He was putting them... elsewhere...

Anyways I'm closing this. When you see 1:17 and 1:28 it is clear that Adam did not actually rip a whole inside of the corpse.

And even using the "they couldn't show it" argument, they could've at least made some indication. Like the corpse being moved, blood stains (which are allowed) or something. But no. The corpse had his hands over his chest completely unchanged.

Adam did not actually rip a hole in the body's stomach. It is as simple as that. We're not going to assume he can and just say censors wouldn't allow it. Especially when there are ratings appropriate ways to still show the feat.
