Abraxas​

• His mere presence was merging realities of the multiverse
• He is part of Eternity, a big part of him, in fact he embodies time. And could only be killed when Reed hit Multi Eternity with the UN, seemingly erasing him for a split second. Galactus exists in every universe to keep Abraxas from destroying all. FF 1998 48/49 and Marvel Encyclopaedia TP 6/Fantastic Four.
  • While the handbook says alternate self of him might return, it was never hinted as such in the comic itself. The comic treated it as a singular multiversal entity.
• So, his tier should either be changed to "At least 2-A, killed Galactus in every reality, likely far higher (he is a huge part of Multi Eternity himself)".

Abilities add:

• Vector manip
  • Controls the trajectory of a dead Galactus - Fantastic Four 1998 Annual 2001 also from #46 of the same runs, Reed says this.
• Reality warping
  • He was merging realities
  • Another instances of reality warping
• BFR
• Enhanced senses - Fantastic Four 1998 #46
• Air/smoke manipulation and heat manipulation
• Creation - created these ugly monsters
• Large Size, type 0 at least
• Shapeshifting file add
• Matter manipulation/earth manipulation - see the last panel of both pages. First, then last
• Phasing - #47
• Dimensional Travel - kinda obvious
• Life/death manipulation -#48 of the same run
• Teleportation file add
• Telekinesis and in #48 too
• Sound manipulation - stopped Ben's voice - #49

All of these abilities comes from Annual 2001, #46 - 49

All seems fine EXCEPT Power Bestowal, don't see the scan proving that

I can't speak for his tiering, but all the abilities look fine, although I'd call the first one Vector Manipulation.

Also, Heat Manip suits better for the mist.

Edit: Impress is right, Power Bestowal needs more context, with those scans, the monsters can very well be just Abraxas' creations.

Since we are already here, I also want to add summoning to Franklin's P&A for the time being. He summoned multi eternity - which costed him all of his power at that time and took him a while to regain it. - #49 of the same run.

what do you think of the tiering? The cosmology revision shouldn't affect him too much. Especially since I am not proposing a tier one rating, just above 2-A

Okay I said I wouldn't return but when I saw that feat, well, I have to give a lot more context.

Franklin did a lot more than just summon Eternity. He summoned him, went into his Heart which caused him visible pain and ripped out the original Galactus. Yes it cost him that level of power, but he summoned Eternity, hurt Eternity, and revived Galactus all in the same couple of panels. Reviving Galactus to the True Version, and that version casually hurt Abraxas as well just getting back the Nullifier. So.

I know but that's for another time, I don't want to do any tiering changes right now, especially with big revisions coming up. I am just fixing P&As for the time being.
