Where is this Zoom from Pre crisis, Post crisis, New 52?. His profile doesn't say anything about him. Also he has infinite speed but no other Speedster dose but on his second scan on his speed he's talking to Flash in his world that allows him to control time. Is it Barry or Wally if so wouldn't that mean one of then should have infinite speed?.
Edit:Forget about the part I see he's from post crisis but I'm still wondering why he is the only one with infinite speed. In the second scan on his speed he is talking to Barry or wally don't know which but he says they are in his world and are locked between the ticks of a second and that they are immortal. How come Zoom only has infinite speed and not which ever flash he was talking to as well?.
