Is it just impossible to calc FTL KE? Can I use REK to make it? Or is it just nope this is unusable.

Yes, it can't be used because when something go above the speed of light, the energy required will increase towards infinity.

it's just impossible unless there is somehow a way inside to use that in the Verse

Cant we just use the minimum energy? Just make it SoL? Because if a character can do it FTL they can do it SoL as well

Once you hit SoL KE breaks completely as by physics standards you reach infinite mass to when you go SoL

So can we use AP of a bit less of SoL since the character who can do it FTL should be able to do a weaker one

Is this wrong then?

“After like a percent or two of Light Speed, you're supposed to use the Relativistic KE calculator, which takes into account the Relativistic Mass an object gains, and gives back infinity at Light Speed.”

Kinetic energy becomes non linear once you reach higher up quadruple digit mach speeds since relativity is a thing. And once you reach like 96% the speed of light, the formula includes dividing a number by (c - v) with c equaling the speed of light with v being the velocity in c. And once you actually reach the speed of light, you get a number divided by 0; which is undefined but traditional calculations but higher up levels of calculus will teach that it will equal countable infinity. But going faster than light is more so breaking physics rather than generating infinite kinetic energy.
