About moving in a void without time

The other thread about this was for staff only. My question is: Why should you qualify for infinite speed if you move in a void without time??

Because speed is a combination of time and distance. Without time, you can essentially move an infinite amount of distance within a finite moment.

But only characters who exist i these types of enviroments will actually get infinite speed. Any character who simply moves within this place can only get a separate speed statistic for that instead.

I hope this helps. If not, somebody more knowledgable will likely provide a better answer.
