About Hyperion's "Outlier"

Hello. This is my first post here in the forum, but I've been following VS Battles Wiki for a long time.

One something I've noticed, it's Hyperion's (Avengers) scaling and what is considered "outlier"?

  • Hyperion surviving the collision of two Earths in an Incursion is considered an outlier, as such a feat is Low 1-A, which is extremely incongruent with the consistent power level of Marvel heralds.
How that disqualify, exactly?

I mean, him surviving an incursion is an essential narrative part of his character, why that would be something to discard if it's so important?

Basically, my actual question, can something be considered an "outlier" if it's important to the character itself?

Note: And I'm not mentioning how that feat would be considered Low 1-A if not some time ago was upgraded to 1-A XD

Because as a herald character, it is above the base and peak herald level.

Being part of his character isn't important. It has to do with power levels. If Hyperion consistently proves he is 1-A, he definitely would be upgraded by me personally.
