Everyone says "he erases to the point 1-As cant bring you back", however, the Chaos Gods' can only interact in a 1-B scale in the material realm if I understood correctly. Then its more like "he erases to the point 1-Bs cant bring you back".

Right? or Wrong?

The Emperor didn't destroy his body. He killed every part of his essence but his body, which is one of the few things I'm certain they won't retcon as this plays a big role in other stories.
